Featuring a shielded M12 housing, this sensor offers a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 3.2mm. It is equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The sensor's housing is constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring robust protection and longevity. This sensor is engineered with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, providing a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensor is designed to minimize power loss, with an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The AM1/AP-3ANL Sensor is equipped with a yellow LED indicator to display output state, and it includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. It is capable of withstanding harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67.
