The Datasensing AM1/AP-3H7F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 shielded housing with a length of 70 mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection applications. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them suitable for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal transmission with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Built with durability in mind, the sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against environmental factors. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and offer mechanical protection rated at IP67. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
The AM1/AP-3H7F Sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state, a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, and a load current of ? 200mA. With a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%, these sensors deliver consistent and accurate readings. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and come with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation.
