The Datasensing AM1/CP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a standard M12 flush mount with a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance ranging from 0 to 1.62mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and support a switching frequency of 2kHz, making them suitable for high-speed operations.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and feature yellow LED indicators for output state visibility. They also include essential protective features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The AM1/CP-1A Sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
