The Datasensing AM1/CP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The sensors offer a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, capable of handling a load current of up to 200mA.
Equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the M12 plug connection ensures secure and easy installation. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%, these sensors deliver fast and accurate performance.
The AM1/CP-1H Sensors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and UR approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They also offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
