The Datasensing AM1/CP-3HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M12 shielded NC/PNP connection, these sensors are engineered to operate in challenging environments, with certifications for explosive atmospheres (II 3G Ex nA IIC T5, II 3D Ex tD A22) and a robust IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They offer excellent thermal stability with a drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and provide reliable performance with a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Built with nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, they ensure durability and longevity. Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them suitable for various industrial applications. The sensors come with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring compatibility with other electronic devices.
