The Datasensing AM6/AN-1C Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short shielded design, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable with a 90° output, ensuring flexible installation options.
Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 degree of protection. The sensors offer a switching frequency of 2kHz and are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
The AM6/AN-1C Sensors feature an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function, providing reliable performance with a load current of up to 200mA and a low output voltage drop. They are equipped with essential protections, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 50ms, and compliance with CE and UR approvals. The sensors are also designed to meet EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2) and withstand shocks and vibrations (Vibration IEC 60068-2-6 / Shock IEC 60068-2-27). Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
