The Datasensing AM6/AN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a compact M12 short case flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments.
Equipped with NPN output type and NO output function, the sensors support a switching frequency of 2kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
The sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with two M12x1 nuts for secure mounting. They are capable of withstanding temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and offer IP67 mechanical protection, making them suitable for use in demanding environments. Additionally, the sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
