The Datasensing AM6/AN-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M12 short unshielded design with a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm. They are equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The sensors operate with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors ensure efficient performance. They are equipped with NPN output type and NO output function, providing reliable proximity detection. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, the sensors are robust and can withstand harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. The sensors come with CE and UR approvals, ensuring compliance with international standards. Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 50ms, and a no-load supply current of ? 10mA.
