The Datasensing AM6/BN-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M12 short shielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) NPN output functions, making them versatile for different operational needs. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors exhibit excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.22), aluminium (0.31), brass (0.41), and stainless steel (0.77), ensuring accurate performance across diverse environments. Built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility.
