The Datasensing AM6/BN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M12 short shielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) NPN output functions, making them versatile for different operational needs. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors exhibit excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate detection across diverse environments. Engineered for durability, the sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against harsh conditions. They are equipped with essential features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with a yellow LED indicator for output state. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a maximum load current of 200mA and a switching frequency of 2kHz.
