The Datasensing AM6/BP-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M12 short unshielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for different operational needs. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and provide robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and support a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to withstand mechanical shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC standards, and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and a load current capacity of up to 200mA, these sensors deliver reliable performance in dynamic settings. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request, further extending their applicability in specialized conditions.
