The Datasensing AM6/CP-2C Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M12 short unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. With a PNP output type and NC output function, they ensure efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 2kHz. These sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable with a 90° output, providing flexibility in installation. The robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 degree of protection. The sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring reliable performance and longevity. The AM6/CP-2C Sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including standard, short body, and long-distance variants, with options for 2 or 3 wire connections. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
