The Datasensing AM6/CP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M12 short unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for close-range detection tasks. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AM6/CP-2H Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are also equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity.
The sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation. They are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, and are designed to meet CE and UR approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards.
