The Datasensing AT1/A0-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an IP67 degree of protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
These sensors offer versatile output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. The AT1/A0-3H series also includes models with complementary output (NO + NC) and ATEX category 3 models upon request. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and feature a switching frequency of 100Hz, ensuring quick and accurate response times.
Designed for ease of installation, the sensors come with two M30x1.5 nuts and support a tightening torque of 50Nm. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are engineered to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
