The Datasensing AT1/A0-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an IP67 degree of protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. These sensors offer versatile output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. The AT1/A0-1H series also includes models with complementary output (NO + NC) and ATEX models, cat. 3, available upon request. The sensors operate with a switching frequency of 100Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, ensuring compatibility with various systems. Designed for ease of installation, the sensors come with a shielded mounting and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts. The active head is made of durable PBT material, and the sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. They are also equipped with mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
