The Datasensing AT1/A0-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. They feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability and reliability in harsh environments.
These sensors offer versatile connectivity options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. The AT1/A0-2H Sensors are equipped with complementary output functions (NO + NC) and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
With a switching frequency of 100Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are designed for efficient performance. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. The sensors are also equipped with thermal drift of Sr < 10% and repeat accuracy of < 5% (UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C).
The AT1/A0-2H Sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, and offer a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and maintain, making them a reliable choice for proximity sensing needs.
