Datasensing AT1/AN-2AAN Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/AN-2AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.80). The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C, with a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. These sensors are designed with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of 200Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1V at 400mA, and they feature a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors include a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 100ms. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, these sensors are designed for durability and reliability. They offer short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and are approved with CE UR II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc certifications. They are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 EMC standards and withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are easy to install with a tightening torque of 50Nm. They operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
