The Datasensing AT1/AN-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and have a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.80).
Engineered for reliability, the AT1/AN-2B Sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The NPN output type with NO function supports a switching frequency of 200Hz, operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors maintain a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA.
Designed for durability, the sensors feature complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The housing is constructed from nickel-plated brass, with an active head made of PBT, ensuring a high degree of mechanical protection (IP67). The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms.
The AT1/AN-2B Sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including standard, long-distance, and ATEX models (cat. 3) available on request. They offer flexible output options with cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires, including complementary output (NO + NC). The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for installation in demanding environments, operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
