The Datasensing AT1/CN-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded NC/NPN configuration, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, and are available with cable, M12, and plug cable exits.
With models offering 2, 3, and 4 wire configurations, and ATEX models available upon request, these sensors provide flexibility and adaptability to meet specific needs. The sensors boast complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity in demanding environments.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors also feature a yellow LED output state indicator for easy monitoring and a switching frequency of 200Hz for rapid response.
Additional features include a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A, with an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, ensuring easy installation and secure operation.
Ideal for proximity functions, the Datasensing AT1/CN-2B Sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility in accordance with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are tested for shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
