The Datasensing AT1/CP-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded NC/PNP configuration, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and have a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.80).
Engineered for durability, the AT1/CP-2B Sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They operate at a switching frequency of 200Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to handle a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA.
The AT1/CP-2B Sensors are built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, ensuring a high degree of protection (IP67) against environmental factors. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, making them highly reliable in demanding conditions. The sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms.
With a mechanical protection rating of IP67 and compliance with CE UR and EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2), these sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The AT1/CP-2B Sensors are available with various output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exit, and can be customized with ATEX models, cat. 3, upon request.
