The Datasensing AT1/AP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a shielded mounting design, these sensors ensure durability and stability in harsh environments. The AT1/AP-1A models offer a variety of output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available with 2, 3, and 4 wire configurations. For added versatility, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested for specialized applications. The sensors provide complementary output (NO + NC) and are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Engineered for efficiency, these sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, ensuring optimal performance. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a switching frequency of 200Hz. Designed to withstand challenging conditions, the AT1/AP-1A sensors are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and offer IP67 mechanical protection. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Each sensor comes with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and features a tightening torque of 50Nm. The active head is made from durable PBT material, ensuring long-lasting performance. With a compact design of M30 x 1.5 / L = 60mm and a weight of 230g, these sensors are easy to integrate into various systems, providing reliable proximity detection for a wide range of industrial applications.
