The Datasensing AT1/AP-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These M30 shielded sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection tasks. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 200Hz. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also designed to handle inductive loads effectively. The AT1/AP-1B models come with a wide range of output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in 2, 3, and 4-wire configurations. For specialized applications, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The sensors also feature complementary output options (NO + NC) for versatile use. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. The AT1/AP-1B sensors are designed for easy installation with a standard M30 flush mount and come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts. They are CE and UR approved, EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. These sensors are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
