The Datasensing AT1/CN-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection in various industrial applications. The M30 standard flush mount design ensures easy installation, while the shielded construction provides complete protection against electrical damages. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with outputs available in cable, M12, and plug cable exit configurations. The AT1/CN-1B models support 2, 3, and 4-wire connections, with ATEX category 3 models available upon request. The sensors feature complementary output functions (NO + NC) and are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. Engineered for durability, the sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust performance in harsh environments. They operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection rated at IP67. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, the AT1/CN-1B sensors deliver reliable performance with minimal thermal drift and high repeat accuracy. The sensors come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
