The Datasensing AT1/AP-4HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable proximity detection with a switching frequency of 200Hz.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. The sensors are also equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them highly durable and safe for use in explosive atmospheres, as indicated by their II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc approvals.
The sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring, and are compatible with M12 plug connections for seamless integration. With a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, these sensors provide precise and consistent performance. Additionally, they come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
