The Datasensing AT1/CN-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a correction factor for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, these sensors ensure accurate detection across diverse environments. Equipped with a NPN output type and NC output function, the AT1/CN-2H sensors provide a switching frequency of 200Hz and operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. The sensors feature a durable nickel-plated brass housing with an IP67 degree of protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. The active head is made of PBT material, and the sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. With a compact design of M30 x 1.5 dimensions and a weight of 150g, these sensors are easy to install and maintain. The AT1/CN-2H sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including standard, long-distance, and ATEX category 3 models available upon request. They offer versatile output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exit, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards for safety and performance.
