The Datasensing AT1/CN-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded design with NC/NPN output, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating range of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 60x60mm FE360 and provide a correction factor for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
These sensors are built to withstand challenging environments, with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The robust nickel-plated brass housing ensures durability, while the IP67 rating guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress. The sensors are also designed to handle shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC standards.
With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the AT1/CN-4H sensors are versatile and efficient. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring. The sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. Ideal for proximity functions, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications, offering reliable performance even in extreme temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
