The Datasensing AT1/CP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a shielded mounting design, these sensors ensure durability and protection against harsh environments. The AT1/CP-3A models offer a wide range of configurations, including standard and long-distance options, with outputs available in cable, M12, and plug cable exits. They support 2, 3, and 4-wire connections, with ATEX category 3 models available upon request for hazardous locations. The sensors provide complementary output functions (NO + NC) and are equipped with comprehensive electrical protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Operating at a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors have a switching frequency of 200Hz and can handle a load current of up to 400mA. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors maintain high repeat accuracy and minimal thermal drift. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions. The AT1/CP-3A Sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are approved with CE and UR certifications, meeting EMC compatibility standards. Their compact dimensions (M30 x 1.5 / L = 60mm) and lightweight design (230g) make them easy to integrate into various systems, while the PBT active head material and 2m PVC cable connections enhance their versatility and ease of use.
