The Datasensing AT1/CP-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating range of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 60x60mm FE360. With a PNP output type and normally closed (NC) output function, these sensors ensure efficient operation with a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc.
Engineered for durability, the AT1/CP-4H Sensors are constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing excellent resistance to environmental factors. The sensors are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, ensuring long-lasting performance and safety.
The sensors are designed for easy installation with an M12 plug connection and come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. They are capable of withstanding harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. Additionally, the sensors comply with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
With a compact design measuring M30 x 1.5 / L = 76mm and a weight of 150g, the AT1/CP-4H Sensors are ideal for applications requiring precise proximity detection and robust performance.
