The Datasensing AT6/AN-3HAN Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity detection in industrial environments. Featuring an M30 short case flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm. The sensors are equipped with a shielded housing made from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring robust protection and longevity. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an NPN output type with NO function, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring precise and reliable detection.
The sensors are engineered to withstand challenging conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are compliant with CE and cULus approvals, ensuring safety and reliability in explosive atmospheres (II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc II 3D Ex tC IIIB T60°C Dc). The sensors also feature advanced protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ?100ms, and a low output voltage drop of ?1V at 400mA. The sensors are compatible with standard targets of 45x45mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and integrate into existing systems.
