The Datasensing AT6/BN-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) NPN output functions, providing versatile integration options. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a 2-meter axial PVC cable for easy connectivity and are constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments.
These sensors boast a high switching frequency of 200Hz and operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA. They are engineered with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them highly reliable in demanding conditions. The sensors also feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are capable of handling load currents up to 400mA with minimal output voltage drop.
Designed to withstand extreme temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, the AT6/BN-2A sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring they are dust-tight and water-resistant. They are compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
