The Datasensing AT6/AN-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection tasks. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial cable for easy installation and connectivity. Built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AT6/AN-2A sensors ensure durability and long-lasting performance. They are designed to withstand harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are also equipped with comprehensive electrical protections, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The AT6/AN-2A sensors feature an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function, capable of handling a load current of up to 400mA. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors provide fast and accurate response times. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear visual indication of the output state, enhancing operational efficiency. These sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring versatile application across different surfaces.
