The Datasensing AT6/BN-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output functions with NPN output type. They are equipped with a versatile M12 connector for easy integration into various systems.
These sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. The standard target size is 60x60mm FE360, with correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C.
With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are designed for efficient performance. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, ensuring reliable operation.
The AT6/BN-4H Sensors are built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. They are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are rated IP67 for mechanical protection, ensuring they are dust-tight and water-resistant.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ?100ms, and a tightening torque of 50Nm. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
