Datasensing AT6/BP-2A Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/BP-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a 2-meter axial PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. Built to withstand challenging environments, the AT6/BP-2A sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are also designed to handle inductive loads efficiently. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, ensuring efficient performance. Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are robust and reliable. They are rated IP67 for mechanical protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. The sensors are also compliant with CE and cULus approvals, ensuring they meet international safety and quality standards. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a repeat accuracy of < 5%, the AT6/BP-2A sensors deliver consistent and accurate performance.
