The Datasensing BV4/00-0E Sensors are designed for versatile applications with a wide range of models including diffuse, retro-reflective, and polarized options. These sensors feature the multifunctional DECOUT® output and logic connection possibilities for DC types, and offer multivoltage capabilities ranging from 20-253 Vac with TRIAC output and NO/NC selectable for AC types. With a nominal sensing distance of 200mm and a repeat accuracy of ? 5%, these sensors ensure precise performance. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the function principle is based on diffuse reflection for short distances up to 200mm. The sensors are equipped with an axial optic position and a TRIAC NO/NC output type, providing flexibility in output functions. They operate at a switching frequency of 25Hz with a response time of 20ms, and are compatible with an operating voltage of 20...253VAC/50-60Hz. The no-load supply current is 1.5W, while the load current ranges from 5 to 300mARMS. The sensors have a leakage current of 1.5m ARMS max at a supply voltage of 253Vac, and an output voltage drop of ?2.5V at a load of 300mARMS. Featuring a red LED indicator for output status, these sensors are designed with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. They emit LED infrared light at 880nm and can withstand interference from external light sources up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux. The compact cubic design measures 16x37x64mm and weighs 185g, with a durable ABS housing and PMMA active head material. The sensors are equipped with an M12 plug 90° connection and are supplied with ST01 mounting brackets and screws for easy installation. They operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and offer mechanical protection with an IP65 degree of protection. The sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, as well as vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-45.
