The Datasensing BV6/00-0C Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications up to 600mm. The sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, and polarized options, ensuring versatility for various industrial needs.
Equipped with a multifunctional DECOUT® output and logic connection possibilities for DC types, the BV6/00-0C sensors provide flexibility in integration. For AC types, they support multivoltage operation from 20 to 253 Vac and feature a TRIAC output with selectable NO/NC functions. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, allowing for precise calibration to suit specific requirements.
The sensors are designed with a standard cable exit or an M12 plug exit, and they include a red LED status indicator for easy monitoring of output status. The robust construction, completely filled with resin, ensures high durability and protection against environmental factors. With a high sensing range and a response time of 20ms, these sensors deliver fast and accurate performance.
Additional features include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, an LED infrared emission at 880nm, and resistance to external light interference up to 10,000 lux. The sensors are housed in a compact cubic ABS casing with dimensions of 16x37x64mm and weigh 185g. They are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and they meet IP65 mechanical protection standards.
The Datasensing BV6/00-0C Sensors come with supplied accessories, including ST01 mounting brackets and screws, ensuring easy installation. With CE approvals and EMC compatibility with EN 60947-5-2, these sensors are a reliable choice for industrial applications requiring high precision and adaptability.
