The Datasensing BX04S/00-HB Sensors are designed for precise area detection with a robust IP67 protection degree, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages. These sensors are equipped with four adjustable beams and an M12 connection, operating within a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC. They are capable of detecting objects with irregular shapes, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors feature LED indicators for easy status monitoring and crossed beams detection for enhanced accuracy.
With a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 2 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, these sensors offer reliable performance. The beams are spaced 30mm apart, with a controlled height of 90mm, and can detect objects as small as Ø 15mm. The sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors function as emitters with an infrared emission. They are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 1000 lux from incandescent lamps and 1500 lux from sunlight.
The sensors are housed in durable PBT material, with an active head made of PC, and are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C. They come with supplied accessories, including four M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and two 90° angled brackets. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating.
