The Datasensing BX10R/AD-AB Sensors are advanced area sensor receivers designed for precise object detection. Equipped with 10 beams and a 2-meter cable, these sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 2 meters and a controlled height of 90mm, they are capable of detecting objects with irregular shapes, including those as small as Ø 5mm. The sensors feature a robust IP67 protection degree, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages and environmental factors. The BX10R/AD-AB Sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy monitoring, including yellow for output state and red for alignment. They offer both NPN and PNP output types with a NO output function, and a high switching frequency of 180Hz. The response time is swift, with 500µs for light/dark transitions and 5ms for dark/light transitions. Designed with user safety and convenience in mind, these sensors include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. They are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 1000lux from incandescent lamps and 1500lux from sunlight. Constructed with durable PBT housing and a PC active head, the sensors are lightweight at 300g and come with a PVC 2m cable for easy installation. They are supplied with essential accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket.
