The Datasensing BX10R/AD-HB Sensors are designed for precise and reliable object detection, even with irregular shapes. With a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 6 meters and a controlled height of 90mm, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. The device features a robust IP67 protection degree, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages and environmental factors. For specialized needs, an IP69K model is available upon request. Equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring, the BX10R/AD-HB Sensors utilize crossed beams detection with a 10mm beam spacing and can detect objects as small as Ø 5mm. The sensors operate on a receiver function principle with both NPN and PNP output types, offering a NO output function. They boast a high switching frequency of 180Hz and quick response times for light/dark and dark/light transitions. The sensors are designed with user safety and convenience in mind, featuring short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. They are compatible with a wide range of operating voltages (10…26VDC) and have a low no-load supply current of 50mA. The housing is made from durable PBT material, and the active head is constructed from PC, ensuring longevity and reliability. The BX10R/AD-HB Sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation. They are approved by CE and cULus and meet EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2). With a compact design measuring 45mm x 145mm x 20mm and weighing just 115g, these sensors are a versatile and efficient solution for your sensing needs.
