The Datasensing BX10R/AD-HB6X Sensors are designed for precise and reliable object detection, featuring a robust area sensor receiver with 10 beams and a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 4 meters. With a compact design measuring 45mm x 145mm x 20mm and a controlled height of 90mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and efficiency. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC and are equipped with NPN and PNP output types, ensuring versatile integration into various systems. Engineered with IP67 protection, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are suitable for harsh environments. The BX10R/AD-HB6X model also provides special IP69K protection upon request, making it suitable for high-pressure washdowns. The sensors are capable of detecting objects with irregular shapes and have a minimum detectable object size of 5mm, thanks to their advanced crossed beams detection technology. The sensors feature LED indicators for easy monitoring of output state and alignment, and they are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety. With a high switching frequency of 180Hz and quick response times for light/dark and dark/light transitions, these sensors ensure fast and reliable performance. Additionally, they are designed to withstand external light interference up to 1000lux from incandescent lamps and 1500lux from sunlight. Constructed with durable PBT housing and PC active head material, the sensors are built to last, even in challenging conditions. They come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90 angled bracket for easy installation.
