The Datasensing BX10R/CD-HB6X Sensors are high-performance area sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. Featuring 10 beams with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 4 meters, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring accurate detection. The controlled height of 90mm and a beam spacing of 10mm ensure precise coverage, while the minimum detectable object size is Ø 5mm. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC, the sensors offer both NPN and PNP output types with an NC output function. They boast a high switching frequency of 110Hz, with response times of 500µs for light/dark transitions and 5ms for dark/light transitions. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for output state and alignment, providing clear visual feedback. Built with robust PBT housing and a PC active head, the sensors are designed to withstand challenging environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The sensors are compatible with EMC standard EN 60947-5-2 and come with CE and cULus approvals. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket, the sensors are easy to install and adjust. With a compact design measuring 45x145x20mm and a weight of 115g, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
