The Datasensing BX10SR/0A-ABAT Sensors are a robust area sensor kit featuring 10 beams with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters. Designed for precision, it offers a thermal drift of Sr ?10% and a beam spacing of 10mm, ensuring a controlled height of 90mm and the ability to detect objects as small as Ø 5mm. The kit operates on a 10…26VDC power supply, with a no-load supply current of 75mA and a load current of ?100mA. It features both NPN and PNP output types with a NO output function, and a switching frequency of 180Hz. The response time for light/dark transition is 500µs, while the dark/light transition is 5ms. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators: green for power ON, yellow for output state, and red for alignment. They are protected against short-circuits with an autoreset function and have reverse polarity protection. The sensors emit infrared light and can withstand interference from external light sources up to 1000lux (incandescent lamp) and 1500lux (sunlight). Constructed with a durable PBT housing and a PC active head, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating.
