The Datasensing BX10SR/0A-HB Sensors offer a comprehensive solution for detecting objects with irregular shapes, thanks to their advanced area sensor kit featuring 10 beams. Designed for versatility, these sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC and provide a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 2 meters. With a controlled height of 90mm and a beam spacing of 10mm, they can detect objects as small as Ø 5mm. The sensors are equipped with both NPN and PNP output types, and their sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the BX10SR/0A-HB Sensors boast an IP67 protection degree, with a special model available for IP69K protection. They are also equipped with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors feature LED indicators for easy monitoring, with green indicating power on, yellow for output state, and red for alignment.
The sensors are housed in durable PBT material, with an active head made of PC, and are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C. They are compatible with ATEX models, cat. 2 and cat. 3, available upon request. The package includes 4 nuts M18x1, 1 adjustment key, and 2 90° angled brackets for easy installation. With a compact design measuring 45mm x 145mm x 20mm and weighing 115g, these sensors are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
