The Datasensing BX80A/1P-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The sensitivity adjustment feature allows for fine-tuning to suit specific applications, while the strong cubic housing ensures durability. This special version comes with a metallic enclosure for high-duty use, providing complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree.
The sensor operates on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a nominal sensing distance of 0 to 2 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%. It features a beam spacing of 6mm and can detect objects as small as Ø 6mm, utilizing 12 rays for accurate detection. The output type is PNP with NO/NC functions, and it boasts a quick response time of 10ms. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, and includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
Constructed with a PBT housing and a PC active head material, the sensor is designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and storage temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.
