Datasensing BX80A/1P-1HDA Sensors

The Datasensing BX80A/1P-1HDA Sensors are high-performance area sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced sensitivity adjustment. The robust cubic housing, made from a special metallic enclosure, ensures durability and high-duty use, while the glass optic active head material provides superior detection capabilities. These sensors feature a PNP output type with NO/NC output functions, offering a response time of just 10ms. They operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current capacity of up to 100mA. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit protection with auto reset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The BX80A/1P-1HDA Sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for power ON, red for alignment, and yellow for output state. They are capable of withstanding external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. The sensors are housed in a PBT material with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. With a compact design measuring 60mm x 132mm x 30mm and a weight range of 260 to 300g, these sensors are easy to install using the M12 plug connections. They come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket, making them versatile for various applications. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable performance in industrial settings.
