The Datasensing BX80A/3P-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This area sensor receiver features a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, making it ideal for detecting objects with a minimum size of 6mm. The sensor operates on a microprocessor-based circuit, allowing for sensitivity adjustment to suit various environments. Encased in a robust cubic housing, it is available in a special metallic version for high-duty use, ensuring durability and longevity. With a nominal sensing distance of 0 to 1 meter and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, the BX80A/3P-0H offers a quick response time of 3ms. It supports a PNP output type with NO/NC output functions, and operates on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, providing clear visual feedback. The BX80A/3P-0H is designed with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. It can withstand external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. The sensor is housed in PBT material with an active head made of PC, ensuring a high degree of mechanical protection (IP67). Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90 angled bracket, the sensor is easy to install and adjust. It is approved by CE and cULus, and complies with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
