The Datasensing BX80A/3P-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. This area sensor receiver features a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, making it ideal for various industrial applications. With a microprocessor-based circuit, it offers sensitivity adjustment and a robust cubic housing for enhanced durability. The sensor is encased in a special metallic enclosure, providing high-duty use and a protection degree of IP67, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages.
The BX80A/3P-1A operates on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a nominal sensing distance of 0 to 1 meter. It boasts a fast response time of 3ms and supports both PNP NO/NC output functions. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, ensuring easy monitoring and operation. It also includes advanced features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a strong aluminium enclosure and PBT housing material, the sensor is built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +50°C. It is supplied with a 2-meter PVC cable and comes with accessories including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation.
