The Datasensing BX80A/3P-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This area sensor receiver features a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, making it ideal for detecting objects with a minimum size of 6mm. The sensor is equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit and offers sensitivity adjustment for enhanced performance. Its robust cubic housing, with a special metallic enclosure, ensures durability and high-duty use, while the IP67 protection degree provides complete protection against electrical damages.
The BX80A/3P-2H operates on a 12 to 24 VDC power supply and features a PNP output type with NO/NC output functions. It boasts a fast response time of 3ms and includes LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state. The sensor is designed with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and it can withstand interference from external light sources up to 4,500 lux. With a compact design measuring 44mm x 120mm x 20mm and a weight of 260 to 300g, it is easy to integrate into various setups. The sensor is constructed with a PBT housing and glass active head material, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging environments. It comes with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90 angled bracket, for easy installation and setup.
