The Datasensing BX80B/1P-0H6XLS Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. This area sensor receiver features a crossed beam with a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 2.5 meters, ensuring accurate detection with a minimum detectable object size of 5mm. The sensor operates efficiently with a response time of just 10ms and is equipped with a PNP output type that supports both NO and NC functions.
Housed in a robust aluminium enclosure, the sensor is built to withstand high-duty use, offering a protection degree of IP67 for complete resistance against electrical damages and environmental factors. The microprocessor-based circuit allows for sensitivity adjustment, while the strong cubic housing and metallic enclosure provide enhanced durability.
The BX80B/1P-0H6XLS is equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for power ON, red for alignment, and yellow for output state. It also features advanced protection mechanisms, including short-circuit protection with auto reset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a controlled height of 70mm and a beam spacing of 6mm, this sensor is ideal for applications requiring precise area monitoring. It operates within a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current of up to 100mA. The sensor is designed to handle external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight.
The sensor's compact dimensions of 44mm x 120mm x 20mm and lightweight design (260 to 300g) make it easy to integrate into various systems. It comes with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90 angled bracket, ensuring straightforward installation and setup.
