The Datasensing BX80B/3P-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These area sensor receivers feature an optical glass crossed beam with a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters. The microprocessor-based circuit allows for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring accurate detection of objects as small as Ø 5mm. Housed in a robust cubic design with a special metallic enclosure, these sensors are built for high-duty use and offer a protection degree of IP67, safeguarding against electrical damages and environmental factors. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.5 to 1 meter and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, the BX80B/3P-2H Sensors provide reliable performance in varying conditions. The sensors feature a PNP output type with NO/NC output functions and a rapid response time of 3ms. Operating on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, they consume a no-load supply current of 50mA and support a load current of up to 100mA. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, and include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. Constructed with a PBT housing and glass active head material, the sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and storage temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. They are compliant with CE cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. The package includes two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation.
