The Datasensing BX80S/20-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. These area sensors feature a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, making them ideal for various industrial applications. Equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit, they offer sensitivity adjustment for enhanced performance. The robust cubic housing, along with a special metallic enclosure, ensures durability and high-duty use. With a protection degree of IP67, these sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages.
Operating on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, the BX80S/20-2H Sensors have a no-load supply current of 100mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. They include LED indicators for power status and feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensors emit infrared light at 880nm and are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight.
The sensors are housed in PBT material with a glass active head, ensuring robustness and reliability. They are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C and can be stored in temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as +80°C. The package includes two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation. With CE and cULus approvals and EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors meet high standards of safety and performance.
